From the P&P Pasta Catalogne: - Long ago, as long ago as 1945, Marietta’s days were spent kneading and rolling pasta in her small shop. Every day she would tempt her customers with something special: with a little flour, a few eggs and a dash of her own inspiration, she created products that the passage of time has not been able to change. Since then, her shop has grown into our company and changed its name, but the quality of our products remains, as does our constant quest for betterment. Our products have always been aimed at those customers who seek high quality, and even though we have today’s technology and machines, we still make our pasta by hand. We have the natural vocation of artisans, motivated in our work by a desire to witness the prosperity of our company , to inspire trust in our clients and to continue our tradition of innovative pasta creations.
